Trelson Assessment is now simply Trelson
Trelson Assessment is now simply Trelson. A shorter name that opens up the possibility for the tool to be used for more than just tests and assessments. The ambition is for Trelson to become the tool that supports teachers in creating classrooms free from cheating and digital distractions, where technology becomes a helping hand for both teachers and students in all aspects of teaching.
The name change is therefore a natural step towards making Trelson an obvious part of everyday life in the classroom – from teaching to assessment, and everything in between.
How does the name change affect existing users?
For our existing users, the name change will not affect the user experience in any major way. The only changes are:
- At the end of December, teachers and students will log in at app.trelson.com instead of assessment.trelson.com (note that the old link will redirect to the new one, so both will work).
- Our kiosk mode app will be renamed to Trelson Kiosk App, instead of Trelson Assessment Kiosk App. The same applies to our Chrome extension, which is now called Trelson Browser Lockdown Extension, instead of Trelson Assessment Focus.
